Evolution Gaming New Live Casino for PokerStars

It's no secret that PokerStars has been looking to get into other forms of gambling, but their new live casino by Evolution Gaming exceeds all expectations.

Over the past several months, Canada's Amaya Gaming Group has been gaining a lot of attention for their proposed changes to PokerStars. Among the most controversial of these changes include the proposed addition of various new types of betting including casino games, sports betting and other options. They are also adding a live casino designed and operated by Evolution Gaming, and surprisingly enough, it's looking like it could be the best in the industry.

PokerStars now has a private room operated by Evolution, and it includes a ton of features that haven't been seen anywhere before. For example, Evolution recently introduced a new technology and approach to live casino games that includes a ton of new camera angles to create a Hollywood-style experience, and PokerStars will be the first to implement this setup. In addition, they are going to have a total of nine tables available which makes them the largest private live dealer room for any of Evolution's operators. On top of that, the room itself is completely branded by PokerStars and even features uniforms that were designed by the company.

Evolution has been absolutely killing the competition in the live dealer casino space, and they haven't been doing too bad in other areas either. Along with news of this agreement with PokerStars, there's speculation that Evolution could be preparing to go public. An IPO by this company could turn out to be the big story of 2015 in the same way that the Amaya Gaming Group was the big story of 2014, but we'll have to keep an eye on it to see what happens.

As for now, Canadian players are not only going to be the center of the online poker universe with the combination of PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, but they're also going to be the center of the live casino universe with what's definitely going to be the best live dealer experience that players can get anywhere online. Overall, it's great to see that PokerStars isn't looking to just exist in the online casino market but that they're trying to dominate it.
