Gamesys Acquires Snowcat Games

Gamesys has agreed a deal to acquire Snowcat Games an Estonian interactive gambling and betting games developer. The terms of this agreement have not been disclosed, but Gamesys has said that it intends to use Snowcat's game development expertise and system capabilities to start a series of new projects.

NYX and Ezugi Launch First US Live Dealer Casino

NYX Gaming and Ezugi have joined forces to launch the first live dealer product in the US. Delivered via NYX's Open Gaming System (OGS), the new casino software service is available at the Golden Nugget Casino for the New Jersey regulated market.
